Imagine baroque period… All women were white and blonde… People used extra white powder to make their skin whiter they used extra large wigs to make their hair bigger. After all of these they thought that they were more noble and royal. But what if all beauty aesthetics were different? What if there was an African woman in the castle with her traditional African accessories and hair style?
All Greek statues made of white marble and show classic woman beauty. All old and famous paintings show the beauty of white and noble women. And all these paintings, black people symbolize poverty. In this illustration, it shows that African beauty could also be noble with its own traditional elements and it would be a great diverse in the past.
